Refund Policy
Every sign we make is cut, welded, and finished to order once you approve the design — so, unlike off-the-shelf products, we can't restock or resell a custom piece.
All sales are final
Because each sign is made to order for you specifically, we don't offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind once production has started. The design you approve before paying is exactly what gets cut — so please look it over closely before checkout.
Damaged or defective signs
If your sign arrives damaged in transit, or there's a manufacturing defect, that's on us to make right. Email us photos of the issue at thebarnsigns@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund — no cost to you.
Order mistakes
If we make an error — the wrong text, size, or design shipped — tell us right away and we'll fix it at no charge.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, reach out as soon as possible. If production hasn't started yet, we're usually able to adjust or cancel. Once a piece is in production, it can't be cancelled.
