Shipping Policy
Every sign ships from our studio in Granville, Michigan once it's made, packed, and checked by hand.
Production time
Because each sign is made to order, please allow roughly 1–3 weeks for production before it ships — larger or more detailed pieces can take longer. We'll email you if your order needs extra time.
Shipping time
Once your sign ships, delivery within the continental United States typically takes 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves our studio.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your sign and your delivery address.
Outside the continental US
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States may take longer and cost more — email us at thebarnsigns@gmail.com before ordering and we'll confirm timing and cost with you.
Damaged in transit
Metal signs are sturdy, but if yours arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy — we'll make it right at no cost to you.
